I have lived in Helios House for a year, during that time I have completed IOP, and I have been connected with Social Services to help with food, a job and life coaching. I have become fully employed, rebuilt the relationship with my daughter and am actively involved in NA. Helios house provided a safe clean and sober environment for me to get my life back together.
After being released from Washington State Prison, I needed an address and a real chance to start over. Kelso And Helios House gave me both. I was provided a clean, supportive living environment and real help finding employment. Kelso owns multiple businesses and isn’t afraid to give someone a hand up by putting people to work. Kelso also connected me with Sarah from Pioneer Human Services, which helped me get my driver’s license, Social Security card, birth certificate, work boots, and support with employment. Helios House has truly been a stepping stone to a new chapter in my life.
I’ve been a resident at Helios House for nearly 9 months, and it’s been a huge part of my recovery. The house is clean, structured, and the rules are firm but fair, which really helps keep everyone accountable. The house manager genuinely cares and is always available for support, so is the owner Kelso. The location is great, with easy access to bus routes and AA/NA meetings. Helios House has given me the structure and support I needed for a fresh start, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about staying sober and building a better future.
If you are serious about sobriety and ready for accountability, apply today and begin building a stable, structured future with real support.
